How to Make Your Hair Grow Faster the Natural Way

Although we love getting a new haircut when we see other ladies flaunting them but isn’t it true that every time you get a haircut, no matter how excited you are about it, after some time you start missing your long hair? It happens to all of us.

Are you one of the people who wishes to grow their hair fast, but your hair does not cooperate?

We have got you covered. Here are the three most important things that you need to do, and you will see how fast your hair grows. Not only it will grow fast, but you will notice more strength and shine too.

1. Focus on your diet

While we all look for hair products that can help us with improving the length, strength and texture of our hair, we often forget how important our diet is. Whatever you eat affects your overall health, your skin, hair and nails. To make your hair healthy from the inside, you should eat a lot of protein. Whether it be eggs, dairy products, fish or meat, they are all good sources of protein and can help you grow your hair fast. Also, if you are a vegetarian, you should eat lots of leafy greens, tofu and beans as they are also excellent sources of protein. A diet high in protein will show you good results within weeks.

Besides protein, biotin also does wonders to your hair. So, eat a lot of nuts, avocados and wheat bran. Also, vitamin B and C and omega 3 fatty acids are also very important for your hair growth.

And not to forget the importance of water! So, stay hydrated and drink at least 6 glasses of water every day.

2. Oils and massage

This remedy for hair growth has been around for ages and swear on its effectiveness. Lemon oil, coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, vitamin E oil and olive oil are some of the most important oils used for stronger and longer hair. The best way to apply oils is to apply it on damp hair, massage well for 3 to 4 minutes and flip your head upside down while massaging as the circulation is maximum in that position. Then use a wide tooth comb to remove tangles and to distribute the oil evenly.

Then cover your hair with a warm towel or a shower cap for 2 hours before washing the oil away.

3. Change your hair products

We assume that this might be your favorite part. Some hair products are also the reason why your hair is not growing as fast as it should. Make sure that any of the hair products that you use, be it shampoo, conditioner, hair spray or whatever does not contain sulfates, silicones or alcohol.

Most of the shampoos that we use contain sulfates whereas the conditioners contain silicones and gels and hair sprays contain alcohol. Try to use organic or herbal hair products, that will not only prevent your hair from damage but will also help them become longer, stronger and shinier.
